General Refund Rule
Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Credits and Usage
- Credits are consumed digital goods.
- Credit usage varies depending on the selected model and generation quality.
- Credits used for completed generations can't be refunded, but you're welcome to try different settings to achieve your desired result.
No Refund Scenarios
- No refunds for partial months.
- No refunds for unused credits at the end of a billing period.
- No refunds for plan downgrades.
- Credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated by Adbee AI.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
When Refunds Are Considered
- Duplicate charges.
- Proven billing errors.
- Charges made after a cancellation request is verified.
- To request a review, contact support within 7 to 14 days and include your payment ID.
